01 / TRAIN WITH PURPOSE
Start. Learn.
Improve. Repeat.
Training is a skill. Start where you are and build from there.
This looks like another fitness website.
It isn’t.
It’s a starting point for something bigger.
Your body. Your fitness. Your strength. Your habits. Your mindset.
Maybe all of it.
We’ll start where you are.
Let’s see how far we can go.

Your coach. In your corner.
BUILT FOR REAL LIFE
You don’t need to organise your entire life around getting results.
Lose fat. Build muscle. Get stronger. Build better habits. Whatever you’re working towards, the approach needs to work when you leave the gym too.
Because the best plan isn’t the most perfect one. It’s the one that works for you.
THE BODY TRAP PHILOSOPHY
Sometimes it’s not a lack of information. It’s the habit, routine or pattern that keeps knocking you off course.
Understand what’s getting in the way.
Build something that works with your life.
Keep going long enough that starting over stops being the plan.
THE BODY TRAP APPROACH
01 / TRAIN WITH PURPOSE
Training is a skill. Start where you are and build from there.
02 / EAT WELL
Eat in a way that supports your goals, fuels your training and still works in real life.
03 / MOVE MORE
Start with your current daily steps. Set a realistic next target, get consistent, then build gradually.
04 / BUILD BETTER HABITS
Build routines you can repeat even when life isn’t perfectly organised.

INSIDE THE BODY TRAP METHOD
Three four-week blocks give your gym training a structure to follow.
WEEKS 01–04
Single-side exercises and held positions, with a focus on control and stability.
WEEKS 05–08
Compound lifts using both sides of the body, with controlled three-to-four-second lowering.
WEEKS 09–12
Bring lifts, held positions and paired exercises together as the programme progresses.
I’ve trained for years. What took longer was figuring out how to make fitness work alongside the rest of my life.
I’ve overcomplicated food, fallen out of routines and started again. What helped was learning to train with purpose, fuel myself properly and build habits I could actually keep. Those experiences shaped Body Trap Fitness.
I built this to give you a clearer way forward. A structured plan, practical guidance and the level of support that suits you. I’ve made plenty of the mistakes. You don’t need to learn every lesson the hard way.
